Membership Update
We have welcomed an extra 36 new members to our club in August and September which takes our active membership to 332. I will update this regularly to provide information as we progress through the season.

Annual Subscriptions
Where you pay for a recurring annual subscription (Ordinary, Junior, Junior subs) we will ask you to agree to move this to the 4th August, if it is currently paid later in the season. Please look out for the note after this year's payment is taken. Those on monthly or plans that are set up each year are not affected.

Check Your Membership
The committee accepts that there have been many changes over the last 4 or 5 years regarding membership payment process. This has caused confusion and, in some cases, missed payments. As a consequence, we've lost touch with some of our members and that they, through no fault of theirs, have not renewed their membership payment.

We continue to work hard to ensure all those that have been lost have the chance to reconnect.

How to check
Each member should receive a message in advance of their rolling subscription payments for Ordinary and Junior Membership (all other memberships need to be signed up for annually by August 1st).
